The absence of every player may affect the team play, especially when you have played with him for a long time and have got used to his play. But in life time comes when people have to leave this occupation and do something else. We are very grateful to Sargis Hovsepyan for being able to stay with the national team for twenty years and help all players who joined the team. The former foreign minister announced that it was four years since the Russian “Compatriots” project started its operation in Armenia, which is involved in legal immigration of Armenian people in Russia. According to Arzumanyan, during these four years in total 26,000 people have applied for immigration and 1500 out of them were approved. They legally refused the Armenian citizenship and adopted Russian citizenship.
