Two things i want to get off my chest. First, my Unicorn macs were spotted on @ellefr online – yay! Proper credits were given to my site – double yay!! Second, it was brought to my attention that one of my recipes was republished on another bloggers site without credits… boo…I know about copyright law and yes, there's no clear copyright to merely an ingredients list but when you've spent so long working on your recipe and its your baby, you can clearly recognize when your hard work has been violated. (And this was further confirmed when the blogger admitted to having read my site.) Out of respect for fellow creators, proper links and credits are important. Please look up on the proper way to do so if you're unsure. Okay moving on. I've only had good experiences with others in the blogging community and i still continue to have a positive view since everyone has been nothing but supportive ?? Xoxo Mimi

More unicorn macarons ? {caramel flavor shells} hand painted w @sweetsticksau edible paints. My macaron recipe yields about 15 macarons and I needed more this time. So, I tried @sweetsbyjewel recipe and they turned out wonderfully; thank you! You can find it on her YouTube channel ? it was also nice to try metric for a change. I'm in USA and frequently use cups. I do have to note that my macaron recipe doesn't turn out unless I measure the eggs. I typically use 2 eggs but they aren't always the same so measuring is important for them (and should be 60 grams). You can find it on my blog ?
