The most important part of my photographs is the people. Without the wonderful characters, the actors, there is no show. This photograph of, Emma Shirran, is still one of my all time favourites and strengthens my conviction in my approach to photographing weddings. Her her grandson @01cammy99 messaged me – “She was quite a character, and although it’s not exactly flattering, that photo does capture her spirit” Sadly, Emma passed away 23rd January 2018. This photograph is dedicated to Emma, and her spirit. May it live long in all of us. I am not a wedding photographer closes tomorrow at the @martinparrfdn, (booooo) but is re opening on 24th August at the Photospace gallery in Ludlow, (yeyyyyy!)
